watch - i wore the casio f-91w for 14 years, but the a700 has a better
screen, is slimmer, and has superior backlight. broke two f-91w bands,
but the a700 has a mesh steel band. it's too big though, so i use the
leather band from my aw10.

necklace - after graduating my grandparents gave me some money to go and
get a necklace to have something to remind me of them. it's yellow gold
and 55cm long.

wallet - for the past decade i have been using a money clip as a wallet.
it contains my id, drivers license, public transport card and credit
card wrapped with some cash.

keys - my keys are held by a regular key ring. i've tried other
solutions like keysmart but i keep coming back to a key ring. it can
also carry my car key since in the 80s cars used to have normal keys -
as they should.

phone - the motorola f3 does calls and sms, which is often enough.
when i need gps, i carry a pixel 6a with grapheneos. 

glasses - most text more than 2m away is hard for me to read – glasses
help me with that. mine are called neil from ace&tate.

sometimes i also carry:
ipod shuffle 4 or classic 80gb with earpods, caliburn g3, sony rx100,
carmex lip balm, flipper zero.
